The Apps are independent third-party applications and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the Apps, their functionality, or any consequences arising from their use.
Speaz provides software applications (“the Apps”). The Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Users are solely responsible for their configurations, data, pricing, order handling, and any custom or third-party software used with the Apps.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the use of the Apps, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Except in cases where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Speaz’s total cumulative liability arising out of or in connection with the Apps shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Apps during the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Speaz disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
By installing or using the Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
